I. Charges Against Vessels

Vessels engaged in domestic trade calling at an officially registered private port shall be charged one-half (1/2) of the Usage fee at a government port.
Registered bay and river trade vessels shall also be charged one half (1/2) of the required usage fee but in no case less than nor more than the following charges for a calendar day or fraction thereof.

Anchorage Fees:
The prescribed anchorage fees pursuant to CPA MC No. 08, Series of 2002 shall hereto apply as follows:
Decommissioned Vessels
Twenty five percent (25%) of usage/berthing fee
Off-hire Vessels
Fifty percent (50%) of usage/berthing fee
Afloat Repair One-time fee based on the GRT
Derelict Vessels None
Domestic vessels that opt to anchor at designated graving harbor or at any private port that is duly registered and accredited with the Authority shall be charged a minimal fee as reflected below:
1st year of anchor
One (1) month fee computed based on the fee/rate for decommissioned vessels
2nd year of anchor
Two (2) months fee computed based on the fee/rate for decommissioned vessles
3rd year of anchor Three (3) months fee computed based on the fee/rate for decommissioned vessels;and
after 5 years Double the fee (10-month fee equivalent) computed based on the fee/rate for the decommissioned vessels.

Domestic cargoes, whether containerized or not, that are loaded or discharged from a vessel at anchor without using any port facility of the government or at an officially registered private port shall be charged 1/2 of the rate of the government port.

The storage for non-containerized cargoes shall be determined on the basis of the number of calendar days that the cargo stays in port according to the following schedule per revenue ton per day or fraction

The storage of a container whether or not it contains cargo shall be determined on the basis of the number of calendar days that the cargo stays in port after the prescribed "Free Storage Period" as follows:
