Annual Vehicle Pass - a color-coded sticker issued annually to motor vehicles of CPA-business permit holders for the purpose of moving cargoes and people in and out of the port.

Single Entry Vehicle Pass – These types of passes are issued to vehicles which seldom enter the port premises. Single Entry Vehicle Pass fees are as follows:
2 to 4 wheels - Php 10.00
6 to 10 wheels - Php 60.00
Annual Personnel Pass - An annual personnel pass is an access permit issued to personnel of entities involved directly in port operations. Annual CPA ID may be issued only to the following:
CHSP Operations Personnel;
Truck Drivers and Truck Helpers;
Operations Personnel of recognized stakeholders; and
Security Personnel of accredited security agencies operating in the port.

Single Entry Personnel Pass – A single entry access permit issued to an individual for a specific purpose.
Permit to Post Temporary Advertisement - a permit secured by an advertiser from the Permits and Licensing Section upon payment of the required permit fee, authorizing him to mount his streamers, banners or any other temporary ad materials in specific areas of the port.
Permit to Operate Other Businesses - a permit that must be secured by any entity that seeks to operate or conduct any business within the port premises, whether on a one-time or continuous basis. Business entities who offer ancillary services or who need to access entry to the ports for purposes of cargo delivery and withdrawal must apply for Permit to Operate (PTO). This permit is also supplemental to application of Annual Vehicle Pass.
