The Cebu Port Commission

The Cebu Port Commission (CPC) is the governing body of the Cebu Port Authority, which is composed of the following:

• Chairman – DOTC Secretary
• 6 Commissioners – shall represent the following:

1. Shipowners and Shipping Operators
2. Cargo Handling Labor Sector
3. Business Sector

• Vice-Chairman – shall be elected from among the six commissioners and shall be designated concurrently as the CPA General Manager.

The following are the present commissioners of the 6th Cebu Port Commission:
