Accreditations of Cargo Handling Service Provider - The Authority may accredit cargo handling service providers who serve for both government and private ports within the baseport and outports within Cebu. It is renewable on a yearly basis provided such cargo handling service provider complies all necessary requirements and will merit at least a satisfactory rating on the performance audit conducted by the CPA Audit Team. In cases where renewal is pending, a hold-over permit may be secured from the Authority.

Accreditations of Security Services - Security agencies which perform security services in the Port of Cebu, whether for its office or for other offices located in the Cebu Baseport, must likewise accredit themselves with the Authority.
