Charges Against Vessels

A) Usage Fees

Minimum charge for twelve (12) hours or  fraction thereof                                 - 0.672 x GRT

Discount for time at berth not exceeding six (6) hours                                        - 4.00%

Surcharge per hour in excess of twelve (12) hours until vessel leaves berth          - 8.33%

 

B) Anchorage Fees

The prescribed anchorage fees pursuant to CPA Memorandum Circular No. 08, Series of 2002, shall hereto apply as follows:

Decommissioned Vessels    :      Twenty-five percent (25%) of Usage / Berthing fee

Off-hire vessels                :     Fifty percent (50%) of Usage/Berthing fee

Afloat Repair                    :     One-time fee based on the Gross Registered Tonnage

Derelict Vessels                :     None

 

Domestic vessels that apt to anchor at designated graving harbor or at any private port that is duly registered and accredited with the Authority, shall be charged a minimal fee as reflected below:

1st year of anchor              :     One (1) month fee computed based on the fee/rate for                                               decommissioned vessels

2nd year of anchor             :     Two (2) months fee computed based on the fee/rate for                                               decommissioned vessels

3rd year of anchor             :     Three (3) months fee computed based on the                                                          fee/rate for decommissioned vessels; and

After 5 years                     :     Double the fee (10-month fee equivalent) computed based                                              on the fee/rate for the decommissioned vessels.

 

Charges on Cargoes

A. Wharfage Fees

I. NON-CONTAINERIZED CARGO

1. Cargoes in sacks / bags / bulk /

    Steel Products / Heavy Lift – per MT                         Php 7.85

2. Logs / Uncrated lumber and other

    Wood Products – per 1,000 Bd. Ft.                           Php 13.45

3. Live crated animals  crated lumber /

              Others – per Revenue Ton                              Php 7.30

4. Uncrated pigs / Goats – per head                              Php 2.80

5. Carabaos / Horses – per head                                    Php 12.90

6. Rattan Poles – per pile of 2,000 poles                         Php 109.20       

 

II. CONTAINERIZED CARGO

 10 footer                  Php   52.65

20 footer                  Php 107.50

35 footer                  Php 134.40

40 footer                  Php 163.50

45 footer                  Php 189.30

Domestic Cargoes, whether containerized or not, that are   loaded or discharged from a vessel at anchor without using any port facility of the government or at an officially registered private port shall be charged ½ of the rate of the government port.

 

B. Storage Fees

I. NON-CONTAINERIZED. The Storage fee for non-containerized cargoes shall be determined on the basis of the number of calendar days that the cargo stays in port according to the following schedule per revenue ton per day or fraction thereof:

Domestic Cargoes         Php 6.35

II. CONTAINERIZED. The Storage of a container whether or not it contains cargo shall be determined on the basis of the number of calendar days that the cargo stays in port after the prescribed “Free Storage Period”, as follows:

Free storage Period for Domestic Cargoes

Breakbulk / Bulk Cargoes

Incoming – One (1) Calendar day after the day cargo is discharged from vessel

Outgoing – Two (2) Calendar days prior to the day that the carrying vessel is scheduled to arrive

Shut-out – Two (2) Calendar days after the vessel’s departure

Containers

 In-loaded – One (1) Calendar day after the day the container is discharged

In-empty – One (1) Calendar day from day of discharge

Out-Loaded – Two (2) Calendar days prior to the day that the carrying vessel is scheduled to arrive

Out-empty – Two (2) Calendar days prior to the day that the carrying vessel is scheduled to arrive

Shipped containers – One (1) Calendar day after shipping

Shut-out – Two (2) Calendar days after vessel’s departure

Loaded Containers coming from outside the port area – Two (2) Calendar days prior to the day that the carrying vessel is scheduled to arrive
