Leases and Rental Rates An agreement under which the Authority allows a party to use or occupy its property for a specified rent and period which may run on a monthly basis or as long as 1-25 years depending on the type of property and subject to conditions and requirements as provided by law and the Authority's policy on leases. All indicated rental rates may be subject to annual increase not more than 15% of current rate due to economic inflation. Lease of Enclosed / Covered Area - that which refers to any space which is inside a building or enclosed structure built by the Authority itself. Rental Rate: (Exclusive of Water and Power Charges)
Lease of Open Sheds - that which refers to any space that is roofed but not walled at the expense of the Authority. Rental Rate: (Exclusive of Water and Power Charges)
Lease of Office Space - that which refers to an enclosed space built by the Authority exclusively for the purpose of holding office by a shipping company, cargo handling operator, security agency or any port stakeholder. Rental Rate: (Exclusive of Water and Power Charges)
Lease of Open Space - that which refers to any building or structure owned by the Authority that is available for lease. Rental Rate: (Exclusive of Water and Power Charges)
Lease of Commercial Advertising Spaces - a lease by the Authority of its property for the display of streamers, banners or any device or fixture, intended to advertise any promotional activity, product or service that is commercial in nature. Rental Rate:
