Announcement:

Please be informed that the CPA is NOW RELEASING the 2012 Annual Vehicle Pass (AVP) stickers at the PSSED (Port Security, Safety, and Environmental Management Department), Access Permit Processing Center, CIP Complex, Cebu City.

For those who have applied for Annual Vehicle Pass and have been approved, you may now claim your Vehicle Pass / stickers.

All those who have not applied for the 2012 stickers yet, please file AVP applications now. Filing of applications and distribution of stickers is from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Mondays to Friday.

All applications submitted after March 31, 2012 are subject to 20% surcharge on AVP charges.
