RE - INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID
The Cebu Port Authority, (CPA), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all interested bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the Supply and Delivery of Various Traffic Signs.
The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED NINETEEN PESOS AND 00/100. ( P985,619.00).
Bidding documents may be purchased from the BAC Secretariat upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of ONE THOUSAND PESOS (P1,000.00) starting 08 Nov. 2007 to 15 Nov. 2007 .
Prebid Conference shall be held on 22 Nov. 2007, 2 pm at the CPA Conference Room.
Bids and eligibility requirements must be submitted to the BAC Secretariat on or before 9am of 04 Dec. 2007 at the CPA Conference Room, 2 nd Floor, CIP Complex, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City . All bids must be accompanied by a bid security. (Late bids shall not be accepted).
The Cebu Port Authority (CPA) reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, or to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
