INVITATION TO BID
The Cebu Port Authority (CPA), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all interested bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the Garbage Collection and Disposal Services at the Baseport of Cebu Port Authority CY 2008 .
The Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) is Four Million, Sixty Nine Thousand, Six Hundred Eighty Three Pesos & 06/100 (PHP 4,069,683.06) at PHP 339,000.00/month.
Bidding Documents may be purchased from the BAC Secretariat upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of One thousand Pesos Only (PHP 1,000.00) starting 08 October to 15 October 2007 .
Pre-Bid Conference shall be held on 22 October 2007, 2 pm at the CPA Conference Room.
Bids and eligibility requirements must be submitted to the BAC Secretariat on or before 2 pm on 05 November 2007 at the CPA Conference Room, 2 nd Floor, CIP Complex, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security. (Late bids shall not be accepted.)
The Cebu Port Authority (CPA) reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, or to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
