AN INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID
The Cebu Port Authority (CPA), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all interested bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the Supply and Installation of One (1) Unit X-ray Machine and Five (5) Units Walk-Through Metal Detectors.

Bidding Documents may be purchased from the BAC Secretariat upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of TWO THOUSAND PESOS (P 2,000.00) starting 06 September to 12 September 2007.
Interested bidders shall have an authorized service center located within Metro Cebu, Philippines with complete spare parts, equipment and qualified factory-trained technicians.
Pre-Bid Conference shall be held on 19 September 2007 , 2 pm at the CPA Conference Room.
Bids and eligibility requirements must be submitted to the BAC Secretariat on or before 9 am on 02 October 2007 at the CPA Conference Room, 2 nd Floor, CIP Complex, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City . Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security. (Late bids shall not be accepted.)
The Cebu Port Authority (CPA) reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, or to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
