Submission and opening of duly accomplished canvass forms (price quotation) shall be on August 21, 2007 @ 2:00 P.M.
All particulars relative to bidding, evaluation of bids, and awards shall be governed by the provisions of R.A. 9184 and other rules and regulations as may be applicable.
CPA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formality/defect therein, and to accept such bid as may be deemed most advantageous to the government.
