AN INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID
The Cebu Port Authority (CPA), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all interested bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the Supply of a FINANCIAL INFORMATION SYSTEM SOFTWARE and DATABASE SERVER .
The approved budget for the contract is Four Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 4.8M).
Bidding Documents may be purchased from the BAC Secretariat upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of TWO THOUSAND PESOS (P 2,000.00) starting 6 August to 10 August 2007 .
Pre-Bid Conference shall be held on 14 August 2007 , 2 pm at the CPA Conference Room.
Bids and eligibility requirements must be submitted to the BAC Secretariat on or before 9 am on 27 August 2007 at the CPA Conference Room, 2 nd Floor, CIP Complex, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City . All bids must be accompanied by a bid security. (Late bids shall not be accepted.)
he Cebu Port Authority (CPA) reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, or to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
