Application forms are available at the Office of the Engineering Services Department, Cebu Port Authority. The Deadline for the submission of application forms will be on July 20, 2007. Winning Bidder shall be notified of its J.O. contract on/before July 27, 2007. The implementing Agency, through the Engineering Services Department, reserves the right not to accept and/or process application forms received after the above deadline. MARIO G. TAN
