Bidding Documents may be purchased from the BAC Secretariat upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of One thousand Pesos Only (PHP 1,000.00) starting 22 June to 29 June 2007.
Pre-Bid Conference shall be held on 03 July 2007, 2 pm at the CPA Conference Room.
Bids and eligibility requirements must be submitted to the BAC Secretariat on or before 9 am on 16 July 2007 at the CPA Conference Room, 2 nd Floor, CIP Complex, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security. (Late bids shall not be accepted.)
The Cebu Port Authority (CPA) reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, or to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
