Submission and opening of duly accomplished canvass forms (price quotation) shall be on May 18, 2007 @ 2:00 P.M.
All particulars relative to bidding, evaluation of bids, and awards shall be governed by the provisions of R.A. 9184 and other rules and regulations as may be applicable.
