INVITATION TO BID
The Cebu Port Authority, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City, through its Disposal Committee, invites interested parties to bid on the sale of its equipment :
Items for Disposal : “ AS IS ,” “ WHERE IS ” located at CIP Complex, S. Osmena Blvd., North Reclamation Area, Cebu City, are :
- 1 unit - 35 Tonner Level Luffing Crane P 4,706,300.00
- 1 unit – 25 Tonner Level Luffing Crane P 4,496,610.00
- 1 lot – compose of 3 units 25 Tonner Forklift P 1,383,725.00
The bid documents will be available starting May 21 - 25, 2007 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of THREE THOUSAND PESOS (P3,000.00) through the Disposal Committee located at the ground floor of Cebu Port Authority Main Office.
A pre-bidding conference shall be held on May 31, 2007 2:00 P.M., CPA Conference Room.
All bids should be submitted to the Disposal Committee on or before 2:00 P.M. of June 8, 2007 at the CPA Conference Room. All bids submitted shall be opened in public view immediately after the lapse of the deadline.
The bidder's bond shall be required in the amount of equal to 10% of the minimum bid price set by CPA in the form of cash, manager's check or cashier's check acquired from a reputable bank within Cebu City.
CPA assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expense incurred in the preparation of the bid.
CPA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formality / defect therein, and to accept such bid as may be deemed most advantageous to the government.
