AN INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID
The Cebu Port Authority (CPA), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all interested bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the Supply of: 6-Units “RECON” Shuttle Buses, 1-Unit “RECON” City-Bus, 1-Unit “RECON” Service Bus and 2-Units “Brand-new” AUVs.
The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is:
- 6-Units “RECON” Shuttle Buses
- Unit Price : P 1,850,000.00
- Total : P11,100,000.00
- 1-Unit “RECON” City-Bus
- Unit Price : P 1,750,000.00
- 1-Unit “RECON” Service Bus
- Unit Price : P 1,780,000.00
- 2-Units “Brand-new” AUVs
- Unit Price : P 879,000.00
- Total : P 1,758,000.00
Bidding Documents may be purchased from the BAC Secretariat upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P 5,000.00 ) starting 31 May- 6 June 2007.
Pre-Bid Conference shall be held on 13 June 2007 , 2 pm at the CPA Conference Room.
Bids and eligibility requirements must be submitted to the BAC Secretariat on or before 9 am on 25 June 2007 at the CPA Conference Room, 2 nd Floor, CIP Complex, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security. (Late bids shall not be accepted.)
The Cebu Port Authority (CPA) reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, or to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
