Canvass forms are available for issuance on April 4, 2007 at our Engineering Services Department, CPA Administration Bldg., S. Osmena Blvd. Cebu City. For further details, please call Tel. Nos. 232-1461 to 63 local 29 and look for Joy Bathan.
Submission and opening of duly accomplished canvass forms (price quotation) shall be on April 16, 2007 @ 2:00 P.M.
All particulars relative to bidding, evaluation of bids, and awards shall be governed by the provisions of R.A. 9184 and other rules and regulations as may be applicable.
CPA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formality/defect therein, and to accept such bid as may be deemed most advantageous to the government.
